Required Skills: •Lead end-to-end Search and Display retail media strategy across key retail media networks including Walmart Connect, Amazon Ads, Roundel, Kroger Precision Marketing, Instacart, and emerging RMNs. •Own annual, quarterly, and tentpole retail media planning for the Wells portfolio. •Serve as a strategic client lead, translating business goals into retail media investment recommendations and activation strategies. •Partner with retailer and vendor teams to identify opportunities, negotiate added value, and drive innovation. •Oversee campaign performance, optimization strategy, reporting, and budget stewardship. •Mentor and develop junior team members while ensuring high-quality execution across all workstreams. Qualifications: •5-8+ years of experience in retail media, digital media, eCommerce, performance marketing, or shopper marketing. •Deep experience with Search and Display retail media activation and strategy. •In-depth knowledge of major retail media networks including Walmart Connect, Amazon Ads, Instacart, Roundel, Kroger Precision Marketing, and emerging RMNs. •Proven ability to manage large media budgets and identify performance-driving optimizations. •Strong analytical, storytelling, and presentation skills. •Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple brands, priorities, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. •The annual salary range for this position is $72,000 -$110,000.
