Required Skills: •Establish project and team standards for business requirements, solution design, and documentation while ensuring consistent adoption. •Investigate and implement tools, techniques, and processes for configuration and requirements management. •Lead business elaboration sessions covering Guidewire and adjacent capabilities including integrations, reporting, analytics, forms, and data. •Define business requirements and validate solution designs that leverage Guidewire products and technology to achieve customer objectives. •Leverage AI tools to improve delivery productivity and drive innovation across Guidewire implementations. •Business Consulting Leadership & Governance •Lead the Guidewire functional or technical workstream for large-scale customer implementations. •Provide mentorship and oversight to Business Analysts and consultants, ensuring alignment with Guidewire base functionality and implementation best practices. Qualifications: •Maintain ACE certification in multiple Guidewire products and possess a strong understanding of how InsuranceSuite products interact.
