Required. Required Skills: •Lead a small, experienced team and stay close to the transactions. Qualifications: •You have personally owned a corporate card program and a T&E program, not only AP. Candidates whose experience is AP alone are not a fit for this scope. •You have taken a manual payables operation to a measurably automated one. Be ready to walk through the before and after: invoices per FTE, cycle time, percent touchless, cost per invoice. •Deep working knowledge of AP controls, segregation of duties, and payment fraud prevention, with the judgment to know which controls carry real risk and which are theater. •You have run payables and expense under external audit and know what auditors will ask for before they ask. •ERP experience required; NetSuite strongly preferred. At least one AP automation or expense platform implementation or migration, from selection through go-live. •Multi-entity AP experience required. Multi-currency, international, or shared-services experience will be prioritized, because this role is expected to go global. •You’re an operator, not an administrator. You get energy from making the function run and from removing work, not from managing a queue. •You can change a process without losing the team that runs it. You explain the reasoning, bring the people doing the work into the design, and do not confuse motion with progress. •You’re direct with vendors, executives, and employees, including when the answer is no. •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field required.
