The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team. •This role is based in either San Francisco, Sunnyvale, Mountain View, New York, Chicago or Remote •Define the measurement framework and success metrics for AI Search, delivering measurement recommendations to drive business decisions, enabling the Web Marketing team to assess performance and drive optimization through a consistent and trusted measurement foundation. •Drive alignment on KPIs, measurement standards, and reporting practices to ensure consistent performance evaluation and decision-making across teams. •Lead the development of new measurement approaches for AI search, including attribution, frameworks, casual measurement methodologies, referral classification, traffic quality assessment and business impact modeling where traditional analytics approaches are insufficient. •Leverage AI and automation to accelerate insight generation and recommendation development, enabling faster, data-driven decisions while ensuring business context and human judgment remain central to interpretation.
