Required Skills: •Provide leadership across General Ledger accounting, financial reporting, and technical accounting, driving accurate and scalable accounting operations and helping shape priorities across the broader Accounting organization. •Lead the annual financial statement audit and quarterly review processes, coordinating across the Accounting organization and managing the relationship with external auditors. •Own the preparation and review of monthly financial reporting, quarterly financial statements, and annual financial statements, including management of the reporting process in Workiva. •Lead technical accounting research and implementation for complex and emerging transactions, including preparation and review of accounting memos, policies, and conclusions under US GAAP. •Oversee stock-based compensation and equity administration and accounting. •Review financial statements and General Ledger accounts to ensure monthly, quarterly, and annual fluctuations are appropriately understood, analyzed, and documented. •Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes across assigned accounting areas, ensuring timely, accurate, and scalable financial reporting. •Review journal entries, account reconciliations, financial analyses, and supporting schedules to ensure compliance with US GAAP and company policies.
