Qualifications: •Expert-level live event setup, operation, and teardown including full event productions, sound reinforcement, and client consultation, plus convention center or large-venue live production expertise. •Advanced classroom AV support and configuration across a multi-building, city-like campus environment or similar large scale environment with break out spaces. •Enterprise collaboration with IT, Facilities, internal partners such as Academic Affairs, and external partners. •OBS, vMix, Wirecast, hardware encoders, Kaltura, YouTube, Vimeo, Panopto, and multi-platform delivery Hybrid and virtual event architecture, design, and execution •Operational familiarity with enterprise management software (e.g., Crestron XIO or Fusion. •Solid functional working knowledge of digital signage solutions (e.g., Appspace). •Demonstrated interest in leveraging AI tools, emerging technologies, and automation to continuously improve AV workflows and enhance operational effectiveness. •Generous time off, paid intersession break, and 13 paid holidays. •Retirement: University-funded retirement plan with full vesting after 2 years of eligible service. •Tuition Assistance: Competitive tuition assistance program for yourself and family members.
