Required Skills: •Curriculum Development: Design and deliver comprehensive and compliant training curriculum for new hires, employee and leadership skill development. •Leadership Programming: Develop and facilitate high-impact leadership training modules for emerging and established managers to foster a culture of high performance and "scrappy" innovation. •LMS Architecture: Act as the primary administrator for our Learning Management System, ensuring content is organized, accessible, and data-driven. •Needs Analysis: Partner with department heads to identify skills gaps and proactively build training interventions that align with LVT's quarterly and annual strategic goals. •Content Creation: Produce high-quality training assets, including video tutorials, technical manuals, and interactive workshops that distill complex technical concepts into digestible learning paths. •Onboarding Integration: Collaborate with the People Team to ensure new hires receive a world-class technical introduction to LVT technology from day one. •Impact Measurement: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of training programs and their direct impact on operational efficiency and employee retention. •Continuous Improvement: Stay ahead of industry trends in L&D and LVT’s evolving product roadmap to ensure all internal enablement remains cutting-edge and relevant.
