Required Skills: •Contribute to the development of a comprehensive People Technology roadmap, including prioritization of key initiatives that support business and organizational goals. •Drive execution of the People Technology strategy and roadmap, independently leading complex, high-impact initiatives from requirements through deployment and ongoing optimization. •Serve as an advanced solutions architect for People Technology, evaluating, recommending, implementing, and supporting tools, features, integrations, and processes that improve P+C operations. •Analyze complex workflows and business requirements to identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and improved user experiences through technical solutions and industry best practices. •Provide advanced functional and technical expertise for core HCM administration and collaborate on the governance, quality, security, and integrity of people data. •Serve as a subject matter expert across current and emerging People Technology platforms used at SiriusXM, including Workday. •Stay current on People Technology trends and emerging capabilities and advise stakeholders on solutions that support organizational objectives. •Define and track key metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of technology solutions, reporting capabilities, and business processes.
