Required Skills: •Oversee day-to-day performance, reliability, and functionality of facility technology systems, including BMS, lighting controls, meeting and event technology, smart building platforms, occupancy tools, parking technology, camera systems, badge/access systems, AI-enabled building applications, and related operational technology. •Monitor system performance, alarms, trends, and reporting to identify issues, improve uptime, and support proactive maintenance. •Partner with facilities operations teams to ensure technology systems support HVAC performance, lighting schedules, energy efficiency, comfort, safety, and business continuity. •Support meeting and event technology/AV for conferences, town halls, leadership meetings, training sessions, and other events held within company buildings, coordinating with event teams, IT, vendors, and facilities operations to ensure reliable setup, testing, operation, and issue resolution. •Oversee and coordinate security-related facility technologies, including parking systems, cameras, badge/access control systems, and related integrations, in partnership with Security, IT, vendors, and building operations teams. •Develop and maintain system standards, operating procedures, documentation, and support protocols for facility technology platforms. •Lead or support facility technology planning for capital projects, office buildouts, restacks, renovations, and system upgrades. •Coordinate technology requirements during project design, procurement, implementation, commissioning, and closeout. Qualifications: •Operational familiarity with building automation protocols (e.g., BACnet, Modbus), IoT devices, dashboards, analytics platforms, and AI-enabled building optimization tools. •Certifications such as CFM, FMP, PMP, CEM, LEED, OSHA, or relevant building automation/vendor certifications are a plus. •Building systems fluency: Understands how controls, software platforms, and integrations work together to deliver a seamless workplace experience . •Operational mindset: Focuses on reliability, uptime, user experience, safety, and practical business outcomes. •Project discipline: Manages scope, timelines, risks, issues, vendors, and stakeholder expectations. •Collaborative leadership: Builds strong partnerships across Workplace Solutions, IT, Security, Engineering, Procurement, Finance, and external partners. •Continuous improvement: Uses data, automation, and emerging technology to improve performance and reduce friction. •Please note this is a direct search by the Company, and applications through agencies and other third parties will not be accepted, nor will fees be paid for unsolicited resumes.
