This role combines hands-on production support with application maintenance, performance optimization, and technical leadership during high-priority incidents. •Provide technical support for in-house Java applications and resolve production issues. •Triage, investigate, and perform root cause analysis for Sev 1 and Sev 2 incidents. •Monitor application health using monitoring tools, including server logs and batch jobs. •Tune application performance and implement small application enhancements. •Translate technical specifications and system designs into application code for enhancement projects. •Interpret technical designs to identify the cause of production issues and recommend solutions.
