Ensure timely delivery of high-quality software. •Code Reviews and Quality Assurance: Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. Drive the implementation of automated testing and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines. •Innovation and Strategy: Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends. Identify opportunities for innovation and process improvements to enhance the development lifecycle and application performance. •Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to provide updates on project status, risks, and dependencies. •Expertise in Java and the J2EE ecosystem (Servlets, JSP, EJB, JMS, JPA/Hibernate).
