This role is designed for experienced engineers who enjoy tackling complex technical challenges, mentoring others, and serving as the escalation point when standard troubleshooting isn't enough. •If you're the person other engineers call when they're stuck, enjoy digging into root causes, and take pride in solving problems others can't, we'd love to talk. •Resolve complex issues escalated from Level 1 and Level 2 support teams. •Troubleshoot advanced server, networking, cloud, security, and VoIP environments. •Identify root causes and implement long-term solutions to recurring issues. •Partner cross-functionally with engineering teams across the organization to solve technical challenges. •Create documentation and knowledge base articles that help elevate the entire team.
