Required Skills: •Develops & executes testing of system upgrades, equipment changes or new implementations of systems to confirm requirements have been successfully solutioned. •Ensures all system-specific mapping and product coding is maintained and current. •Develop and support business and operation processing algorithms. •Updates business users on new functionality design & rollout of systems and tools. •Works with users to manage system setting impacting system performance and/or data output. •Works with users to review current processes for improvement opportunities and simplification. •Monitors and supports as Super User to the following functions: Supply Planning, Manufacturing Planning & Demand Planning •Primary liaison for build related tasks for internal and external business partners. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals to perform the essential functions •Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university and 5+ year’s relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience, required. •SAP experience (SD/PP/MM) or equivalent experience, required. •Strong knowledge of SAP & Supply Chain SAAS required. •SQL and/or Python experience, preferred. •PlanIQ and/ or Machine Learning/ Data Science, preferred •Previous experience with a consumer-packaged goods industry, preferred. •Knowledge of consumer goods production, operations and industry practices. •Background and understanding of supply chain management principles such as Production Planning, Purchasing, Forecasting, and Logistics. •Strong analytical, organizational, decision making, written and verbal communication and presentation skills to working level as well as executive levels.
