Qualifications: •Strong organizational, administrative, and project coordination skills. •Demonstrated capacity to work independently and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. •Comfortable facilitating meetings, training sessions, and group discussions. •Strong communication and relationship-building skills. •Prior experience leading groups, mentoring employees, or facilitating training. •Knowledge of adult learning principles and training administration. •This position provides critical support to TLS leadership by ensuring training programs are organized, effective, and ready to meet workforce demands. The role enables field leaders and subject matter experts to focus on technical content while ensuring the administrative, logistical, and coordination aspects of training are executed successfully. •This is a hybrid role working ~2days/week from our Liverpool, NY office.
