Required Skills: •Develop and execute a strategic territory business plan to drive institutional sales growth. •Prospect, cultivate, and close investment opportunities with institutional investors, including pension plans, foundations, endowments, healthcare organizations, family offices, and other entities. •Present Federated Hermes investment capabilities, products, and strategies to clients and prospects. •Partner with internal teams to support RFPs, finalist presentations, client reviews, and ongoing relationship management. •Build and maintain strong client relationships while identifying opportunities to expand assets and deepen engagement. •Represent the firm at industry conferences, seminars, and client events. •Provide market intelligence and client feedback to leadership.
