Required Skills: •Leverage data tools to provide reporting and insights which will further develop company objectives. •Analyze business performance data and deliver actionable insights to stakeholders across departments. •Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards, scorecards, and recurring reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) on new product development and new business developments. •Partner cross-functionally with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into reporting and analytics solutions. •Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across reporting platforms and data sources. •Actively facilitate and support creation of executive-level presentations and reporting materials. •Lead and oversee developing and running weekly and monthly brand reports to help partnership teams understand trends. •Demonstrated capacity to manage ad-hoc analysis requests and prioritize competing projects based on business impact. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s Degree •Bachelor’s degree in business, Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field. •Strong proficiency in SQL and experience working with large datasets (writing, optimizing and troubleshooting complex queries) •Understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL/ELT processes. •Demonstrated success in building collaborative relationships across functional areas. •Self-starter with an ability to drive projects from initiation to completion. •Adept at prioritizing work and key projects based on the needs of the team and the business. •Strong problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail. •Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
