Required Skills: •We are seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to lead multiple complex, enterprise-level technology projects within a healthcare environment. The role will manage projects end-to-end, including planning, requirements, budgeting, resources, vendors, risk management, implementation, training, and go-live. •Manage multiple complex IT projects following PMO/PPMO processes. •Develop and manage project scope, plans, budgets, resources, schedules, and milestones. •Gather and analyze business requirements and vendor SOWs. •Coordinate leadership, technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholders. •Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and critical-path activities. •Prepare project charters, status reports, RACI, budget trackers, and executive/steering committee presentations. •Ensure accurate project documentation and successful implementation. Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent relevant experience. •Clinical project implementation and management experience required. •Epic or Meditech experience preferred. •Clinical education/training experience is a plus.
