Hiring: Senior Incentive Plan Administrator Company: Shure Location: Niles, IL Job Posted Time: 2026-09-10 10:30:00 Employment Type: Full-time / Remote About the job Experience: •5 years of experience in sales incentive compensation administration Required Skills: •Actively facilitate and support design, implementation, and annual review of the global incentive plans, ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable laws •Act as the primary point of contact for incentive questions, clearly communicate plan details and changes, and promptly resolve any issues or discrepancies •Audit and reconcile data and documentation to prepare for Finance’s payment calculation •Generate regular reports and provide insights to management to support decision-making and assess plan effectiveness. Continuously improve processes and implement best practices to enhance the efficiency, accuracy, and transparency of sales incentive administration. •Provide training and communication to incentive participants •Calculate quarterly SI payments and annual VC payments in preparation for Finance’s audit and payroll process Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. •Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales incentive compensation administration •Demonstrated capacity to work with different levels of stakeholders across divisions and regions. •Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. •Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools. •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. •Demonstrated capacity to handle confidential information with discretion. •In-depth knowledge of compensation principles, practices, and regulations. •Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) is a plus. •Applicants for this position must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
