Required Skills: •This position is open to candidates in approved Voya hub locations and may offer hybrid or remote flexibility based on business needs and candidate location. •Serve as a senior technical resource for enterprise identity and access management platforms. •Design, configure, and optimize IBM Verify Access, IBM DataPower, and related security technologies. •Drive platform engineering activities including architecture, integration, operational oversight, and enterprise adoption. •Partner with application, infrastructure, and security teams to integrate IAM and web security solutions. •Develop and maintain standards, best practices, metrics, and validation processes. •Troubleshoot and resolve complex authentication, authorization, web security, and infrastructure issues. •Evaluate and implement emerging security technologies and industry best practices.
