Required Skills: •Serve as a strategic HR partner by providing programmatic support, coaching, and thought partnership to all levels within the Software Engineering organization. •Build strong relationships to gain deep insight into business needs and challenges. •Develop people strategies and design approaches for diagnosing and enhancing organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction. •Partner with business leaders to manage and facilitate organizational change. •Proactively assess team and manager development needs, make recommendations, and implement appropriate solutions. •Provide HR expertise in areas such as performance management, employee relations, leadership development, coaching, and organizational growth. •Guide managers through complex employee relations matters, ensuring fair and consistent resolution of workplace issues, including investigations and performance improvement plans. •Integrate and partner with HR colleagues in the Recruiting, Learning & Development, Compensation, Legal, and HR Operations teams to implement solutions and help scale the business.
