Hiring: Senior HRIS Analyst Company: RealREPP Location: Dulles, VA Job Posted Time: 2026-09-10 13:22:00 Target Skills & Keywords : Change Management, Microsoft Excel, Project Management, SQL, User Experience, Workday About the job Experience: •5-7 years of experience managing enterprise HR technology platforms •7 years of experience managing enterprise HR technology platforms •2 years of experience with Workday Core HCM and/or Recruiting administration, configuration, integrations and reporting Required Skills: •Actively facilitate and support successful implementation, launch, and post-go-live stabilization of HR technology initiatives •Serve as subject matter expert in HR technology by identifying process and system gaps, recommending improvements, and partnering with IT to implement technology focused solutions that enable operational excellence •Administer and support HR systems, including user access, uploads, audits, and troubleshooting •Update and maintain relevant documentation, including business requirements, process maps, data flows, controls, and security/privacy considerations •Configure and maintain HR platforms within established change management framework to align with evolving business needs, including workflows, forms, fields, rules, and security •Develop and deliver HR reports, dashboards, and metrics to support HR and business objectives, such as headcount, turnover, retention, performance, compensation, benefits, and compliance. •Enable adoption, change readiness, and operational efficiency for HR technology by supporting training, communications, and role-based job aids •Ensure compliance with data privacy and security policies and regulations, as well as best practices for data management and governance Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree required; concentration in Business, Human Resources, and/or Technology discipline preferred. •Strong working knowledge of HR processes, policies, and best practices, and how they relate to HR technology and data. •Hands‑on experience leading system implementations and ensuring integration with existing systems. •Proven ability to derive actionable insights from HR data and effectively summarize to drive business decisions •Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy. •Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders and levels of management. •Demonstrated capacity to work independently and as part of a team, in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. •Proficiency with Microsoft suite, including Excel, Power BI, SharePoint, and Power Automate Compensation: •$115,000 - $130,000 / year •Competitive benefits and rewards package •401(k) Plan with 50% Company Match (no cap) and immediate 100% vesting Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
