Required Skills: •This role will be based in either Wayzata, Minnesota or Wichita, Kansas at Cargill offices. •Additionally, the role will work with HRBP team, COEs, and key stakeholders to advise, drive strategy, influence client groups on issues involving but not limited to people strategy, employee relations, organizational development and leadership, and analyzes metrics to provide solutions etc. Qualifications: •Minimum requirement of 4 years of relevant work. •Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite •Strong written and verbal communication. •Proven previous working experience as HR Business Partner within plant-based environment/ organizations. •Demonstrated capacity to comprehend, interpret, and apply applicable laws, guidelines, regulations, and policies. •Demonstrated capacity to interact frequently with frontline employees and respond to urgent people issues.
