Conduct effective, thorough and objective investigations and assist with reasonable accommodations, coaching and terminations. •Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements and recommended best practices related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Provide HR policy guidance and review policies and practices to maintain compliance. Qualifications: •Partnering with engineering leaders •(Directors/VPs/Managers) on org design, workforce planning, and team scaling •Operational familiarity with the pace and talent dynamics of a technical org •Demonstrated ability to generate and analyze people data and translate findings into actionable recommendations •Excellent written and verbal communication skills •Effective collaborator with experience working cross-functionally with employees and leaders in a global organization, with the ability to partner with stakeholders at varying levels of seniority •Strong customer service, problem-solving, time and project management skills, with the ability to initiate and drive projects to completion with no guidance while maintaining priorities, focus, and attention to detail •Demonstrated capacity to comprehend, interpret, and apply the appropriate sections of applicable laws, guidelines, regulations, ordinances, and policies •A track record as a champion of positive organizational culture and values •Demonstrated ability to collect, analyze, interpret and make formal recommendations based on data and feedback Compensation: •$129,400 - $161,800 / year •Fully vested 401K right from the day you start Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
