Hiring: Senior HR Business Partner Company: Novo Nordisk Location: Clayton, NC Job Posted Time: 2026-09-11 07:41:43 About the job Required Skills: •Partner with leader to manage organizational changes & to assist with future workforce planning needs •Manage global employee engagement survey, planning & execution, assist leaders with the TDP process •Lead problem solving and process confirmation, implement identified solutions and ensure they are deployed in a sustainable manner •Model and teach the values of the NNWay, to include inspiring & motivating site leaders and employees as required •Set direction & strategy, foster innovation & continuous improvement efforts, manage & provide resolution for complex business matters, drive performance including coaching & developing employees, and collaborate across boundaries •Provide training & promote diversity, drive the training needs assessment process, participate in & support new employee orientation segments and plan/co-facilitate meetings as required •Execute and drive local, corporate & global HR projects/programs effectively & efficiently •Perform other human resources specialist duties, including serving in process championship roles, as assigned to support fellow partners & the business Qualifications: •Demonstrated capacity to work in an open office environment with the possibility of frequent distraction. Ability to travel up to 10% of the time. (% can change on a case-by-case basis based on the role.). •Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field from an accredited university required •May consider an Associate’s degree in human resources or related field from an accredited university with nine (9) years of relevant HR generalist experience required •May consider a High School Degree or equivalent with eleven (11) years of relevant HR generalist experience required •PHR or SPHR certification preferred •Minimum seven (7) years of relevant HR generalist experience required, preferably in a multi-shift manufacturing organization •General knowledge of relevant employment law, personnel policies & procedures best practices required •HR IT Systems knowledge & experience preferred •Effective communication skills (written, verbal and presentation) required, with experience in impact & influence communication preferred •Organizational development programs execution, including performance appraisal, individual development planning, staffing/workforce planning, problem resolution, future planning & organizational development, employee opinion survey response, etc. preferred Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
