Qualifications: •Advanced proficiency in statistical programming languages such as R, Stata, or Python, including experience working within modern analytics development environments such as RStudio and Visual Studio Code to support reproducible, collaborative, and well-documented research workflows. •Advanced database management skills in extracting and managing data from structured databases using SQL via SQL Server Management Studio. •Demonstrated ability to learn, adapt to, and effectively apply new programming, analytics, and database management tools. •Knowledge of healthcare outcomes research principles and study design. •Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to reproducible, well-documented analytics. •Strong organizational and communication skills, including the ability to collaborate across projects and adapt to evolving priorities. •Demonstrated ability to take initiative, independently drive analytical work forward, and effectively prioritize competing projects, tasks, and deadlines in a collaborative research environment.
