Required Skills: - Architect and improve complex Salesforce workflows supporting opportunity management, pipeline management, forecasting, territory management, quoting, and approvals. - Hands-on Salesforce expertise: fields, objects, flows, validation rules, approval processes, and declarative configurations. - First Principles Problem Solving to diagnose complex GTM challenges and redesign processes for scale. - End-to-end revenue process optimization: opportunity management, forecasting, quoting/CPQ, contracting, approvals, customer entitlements, downstream financial systems, and invoicing. - CPQ and quoting workflow experience, including product rules, price rules, and discounting logic. - Contract lifecycle and approval workflow design, including integrations with CLM and e-signature platforms such as DocuSign. - Support workflows connecting commercial agreements to customer entitlements and provisioning, including centralized entitlement management platforms such as Stig. - Data integration across the revenue technology ecosystem, including Salesforce, data lakehouse environments, Workday, and other financial or operational systems. - AI First approach: identify manual or inefficient GTM processes and design, build, and deploy AI-enabled workflows, automations, and agentic systems. - Evaluate GTM technology ecosystem and emerging AI-native platforms. - Establish governance standards, shared definitions, system-of-record integrity, and operational best practices. - Design system instrumentation and feedback loops to improve forecasting accuracy, pipeline visibility, data quality, and operational performance. - Partner with Sales and Revenue Operations teams operating within MEDDIC/MEDDPICC sales methodologies. - Strong cross-functional communication skills to translate business requirements into technical solutions and explain system architecture and trade-offs. Qualifications: - 5+ years in Revenue Systems, Sales Systems, GTM Systems, Business Systems, Revenue Operations, or closely related role in B2B SaaS or technology. - Deep hands-on Salesforce administration experience in complex B2B sales environments. - Strong understanding of downstream sales and revenue processes from opportunity through invoicing. - Experience with CPQ or comparable quoting systems. - Experience with approval workflows and contract lifecycle processes, including CLM and e-signature systems. - Demonstrated understanding of systems integrations and data flows across CRM, data platforms, and financial systems. - Production experience deploying AI-enabled workflows or automations with measurable business outcomes. - Ability to diagnose ambiguous or complex operational problems and design scalable solutions. - Strong cross-functional communication skills. - Preferred: Salesforce forecasting and territory management; Salesforce CPQ, Revenue Cloud, or comparable CPQ technologies; DocuSign, DocuSign CLM, or comparable CLM/e-signature platforms; centralized entitlement management platforms such as Stig; integrating Salesforce with data lakehouse architectures, Workday, ERP, billing, or invoicing systems; MEDDIC or MEDDPICC sales methodology; agentic AI workflows or intelligent automation across Sales or Revenue Operations; complex pricing, packaging, or consumption/credit-based commercial models; scaling revenue systems within cybersecurity, enterprise SaaS, AI-native, or high-growth technology organizations; establishing governance frameworks and operational standards across multiple GTM functions.
