Required Skills: •This role will also build and develop a high-performing team of High-End sales experts while partnering across Retail, Merchandising, Marketing, Client, Education, Fashion, and Global WFJ to deliver a seamless "One Brand" strategy and exceptional client experience. •Design & implement the sales and distribution strategy of HIGH-END (High Jewelry & High watchmaking) in the US •Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute long-term strategies for high jewelry and high watchmaking. Define clear KPIs to guide execution and measure performance. •Sales & Business Development: Drive revenue through private in-store appointments and high-profile client events. Set and track sales targets by channel and product category. •Business Analysis & Reporting: Provide data analysis and business reporting, along with strategic recommendations to maximize sales and profitability. Contribute to monthly business reviews for the US President and Management Committee, highlighting performance, gaps, and opportunities. •Team Development: Lead and coach a community of experts with deep knowledge of gemstones and storytelling. Develop the existing team and recruit high-end sales talent, internally or externally, while identifying high potential internal talent.
