You will have the opportunity to turn complex global challenges into practical programs that create lasting value for employees and the organization. •Own and advance the global mobility and immigration strategy, roadmap and governance framework in alignment with business and workforce priorities. •Advise senior business leaders on mobility, immigration, workforce planning, succession planning, international expansion and cross-border talent deployment. •Direct domestic and international mobility and relocation programs that support growth, talent strategy, compliance, employee experience and responsible cost management. •Oversee immigration program governance so employees maintain appropriate work authorization while the firm mitigates risk and supports business continuity. •Lead end-to-end initiatives from strategy and policy design through implementation, deployment, measurement and ongoing governance. •Drive program modernization through process improvement, automation, workflow optimization and scalable policy and operating-model design. •Partner with business leaders, Human Capital teams, Legal and external vendors to identify needs, close program gaps and deliver scalable solutions.
