Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree required with at least 4 years, or advanced degree with at least 2 years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, campaign strategy, or a related marketing role, with demonstrated experience developing data-driven programs that support customer acquisition, engagement, retention, or commercial growth. •Demonstrated ability to develop campaign strategies and marketing programs across regions, markets, or customer segments. •Strong experience working in a matrixed organization and partnering across global, regional, and cross-functional teams. •Demonstrated capacity to develop scalable frameworks, playbooks, and repeatable processes that improve consistency and adoption across markets. •Strong project leadership skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities, agency partners, and internal resources. •High attention to detail and a strong balance of strategic thinking and operational execution. •Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at multiple levels. •Proficiency in marketing analytics, CRM, marketing automation, and digital marketing platforms, with the ability to turn data into action. •In-depth knowledge of the digital marketing ecosystem, including segmentation, customer journeys, automation, and lifecycle marketing. •Demonstrated capacity to synthesize customer, campaign, competitive, and market insights into clear marketing strategies and plans.
