Qualifications: •Esri Stack: Hands-on experience with ArcGIS Server, ArcGIS APIs (including JavaScript API), ArcGIS Web AppBuilder, Collector, ArcSDE, ArcGIS Mobile, and ModelBuilder. •Database & Querying: Strong proficiency in SQL, triggers, stored procedures, and relational database management systems (SQL Server, Oracle preferred). •Reporting: Hands-on experience developing reports using SSRS. •Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. •Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Science, Business, or a related field. •Recent experience supporting a state or local government entity.
