Supports user stories focused on configuring package software or performing other highly technical tasks for the agile team. •Oversee the operation, maintenance, and lifecycle management of all AV equipment and systems, including conference rooms, auditoriums, and collaboration spaces. •Provide expert-level support for platforms including Cisco Call Manager, Webex, Microsoft Teams, Crestron, and other enterprise AV solutions. Provide Tier 3 support for AV issues, including diagnostics, root cause analysis, and resolution. •Evaluate emerging AV technologies and recommend scalable solutions. Develop and implement global AV standards and best practices across all locations. •Lead AV-related projects including new installations, upgrades, and integrations. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure successful delivery. •Maintain detailed documentation of AV systems, configurations, and procedures. Provide regular reports on system performance, incidents, and improvement opportunities. Review required documentation to communicate information to deployment, maintenance, service and business teams •Actively suggests solutions to drive down technical debt. •Provides mentorship to junior FAs and BAs through Community of Practice and other informal forums. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent for the specific roles responsibilities •Relevant certifications (e.g., CTS, Crestron, Cisco, Microsoft) are a plus.
