Required Skills: •Technical Leadership & Engineering Excellence •Lead the design, development, and support of full-stack applications utilizing Java, Spring Boot, Angular, React, and AWS. •Drive application architecture, technical design reviews, engineering standards, and software development best practices. •Champion engineering excellence through mentorship, knowledge sharing, and technical guidance across teams. •Evaluate and adopt emerging technologies and engineering practices that improve platform capabilities and developer productivity. •Cloud-Native Application Development •Design and implement scalable microservices, REST APIs, and distributed systems. •Build cloud-native applications leveraging AWS services and containerized technologies. Qualifications: •Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. •Proven experience leading complex technical initiatives and delivering scalable technology solutions. •Deep expertise in Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, and Hibernate. •Strong experience building modern front-end applications using Angular and/or React. •Proficiency with TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. •Hands-on experience developing RESTful APIs, microservices, distributed systems, and event-driven architectures. •In-depth knowledge of object-oriented design principles, design patterns, and software architecture best practices. •Applied hands-on capability in Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, and containerized application deployments.
