Required Skills: •We are seeking an experienced Senior Developer to design and develop full-stack .NET and GIS solutions, integrate enterprise systems, and support ArcGIS-based applications. The consultant will work across application development, spatial data, Azure services, integrations, and GIS workflow automation. •Develop full-stack solutions using C#, VB.NET, ASP.NET, .NET Core, .NET 9.0, Entity Framework, JavaScript, and ArcGIS Maps SDK for .NET. •Design and develop interfaces and integration flows using Visual Studio and related application platforms. •Develop and optimize Microsoft SQL Server databases, queries, and geospatial data structures. •Build scalable applications using Azure App Service, Azure SQL Database, Azure Functions, and other Azure services. •Design, develop, and enhance ArcGIS Pro/ArcMap applications and custom extensions for spatial data editing. •Develop GIS tools and workflows using Python, ArcPy, Arcade, ModelBuilder, and similar technologies. •Integrate GIS applications and data with enterprise systems and third-party platforms. Qualifications: •Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, GIS, or a related field. Master s degree is a plus. •Strong front-end development experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, or related frameworks. •Applied hands-on capability in ArcGIS Maps SDK for .NET, Python, ArcPy, Arcade, and ModelBuilder. •Strong knowledge of the ESRI product suite, including ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Server, Portal, SDE DataStore, ArcGIS Desktop, ArcGIS Online, and ArcMap. •Strong knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, and development best practices. •Operational familiarity with DevOps, Azure DevOps, Git, GitHub, ALM, CI/CD, and release management. •Strong problem-solving, communication, organizational, and project management skills. •Demonstrated capacity to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders and with minimal supervision. •Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines. •Azure certifications are a plus.
