Required Skills: •Focus on Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), cash flow forecasting, and treasury support. •Manage debt covenant reporting and strategic finance initiatives. •Develop and maintain 13-week cash flow forecasting models. •Support both short-term and long-term cash planning initiatives. •Prepare debt covenant calculations and lender reporting packages. •Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities. •Support mid-year forecast processes and leadership reporting. •Perform variance analysis and financial reporting for executive leadership. •Engage in financial modeling and strategic planning initiatives. •Support treasury and liquidity management activities. •Develop management reporting and operational dashboards. •Collaborate with sales leadership, operations teams, and executives on financial planning initiatives. •Assist with acquisition integration projects and financial analysis as needed. •Partner with leadership to identify business risks and growth opportunities. Qualifications: •3-5 years of experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, Strategic Finance, Treasury, or Financial Analysis. •Strong budgeting and forecasting experience required. •Experience with cash flow forecasting is strongly preferred. •Advanced Excel skills required. •Strong financial modeling and analytical skills. •Ability to communicate effectively with executives and operational leaders. •Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, acquisition-driven environment. •Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance is required. •MBA is preferred. •Experience with debt covenant reporting and treasury activities is preferred. •Exposure to M&A or acquisition integration is advantageous. •Experience in multi-entity or private equity-backed company environments is a plus. •Required Work Hours •Monday through Friday, during standard first shift hours.
