Qualifications: •3–8 years of finance experience, ideally with exposure to revenue management, FP&A, or highly operational finance. •Strong analytical skills and ability to drive action, not just reporting. •Advanced Excel required; Tableau a plus. •Demonstrated capacity to communicate complex financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders and influence decision-making. •Comfortable working in fast-paced, immediate timelines with shifting priorities. •Resilient, confident communicator able to debate recommendations with senior leadership. •Bachelor’s degree required.
