Headquartered in Boston MA, and with more than 45 offices globally, more than two million Americans have traveled with our award-winning travel brands: Grand Circle Cruise Line, Overseas Adventure Travel and Grand Circle Travel. •Partner directly with Revenue Management and Brand teams to evaluate discounts, offers, and passenger volume strategies in relation to real-time booking trends. •Deliver financial analysis that drives immediate action, including close-in pricing and promotion adjustments. •Serve as a thought partner in live discussions with senior leaders, presenting data-backed recommendations with confidence and resilience. •Translate financial insights into marketing strategies, ensuring offers are compelling and visible to customers through the right channels. •Collaborate cross-functionally across Finance, Marketing, and Operations to align revenue strategies with broader business objectives. •Support ongoing financial planning, forecasting, and ad-hoc analysis, with an emphasis on revenue optimization. •Balance short-term revenue opportunities with broader financial objectives and business priorities. Qualifications: •3–8 years of finance experience, ideally with exposure to revenue management, FP&A, or highly operational finance. •Strong analytical skills and ability to drive action, not just reporting. •Advanced Excel required; Tableau a plus. •Demonstrated capacity to communicate complex financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders and influence decision-making. •Comfortable working in fast-paced, immediate timelines with shifting priorities. •Resilient, confident communicator able to debate recommendations with senior leadership. •Bachelor’s degree required.
