Required Skills: •We are seeking a finance professional to join our Professional Services FP&A Team at a Senior Financial analyst level. The individual will assist in monthly and quarterly close and forecast activities. •Build effective partnerships across the Professional Services & Field Sales business units. •Prepare monthly and quarterly P&L and high-level financial package. •Communicate variances to plan/budget to key stakeholders and collaborate across accounting, professional services, and operations teams. •Combine quantitative and qualitative analysis to highlight business risks and opportunities and support long-term growth. •Partner with business to accurately forecast metrics for Professional Services and Field Sales, including revenue projections and capacity expectations. •Prepare, interpret, and communicate financial reporting, analysis, and ad-hoc reporting to business partners within Workday. •Become acquainted with business processes and highlight opportunities for automation and process improvement.
