Required Skills: •As our Senior Financial Analyst, Payments, you will report to the Finance Director, Payments and will be a key member of the team supporting BOLD’s e-commerce function and relationships. •Identify patterns in payment processing success, chargeback, and fraud rates by analyzing large quantity of data •Monitor and forecast payment related metrics, such as acceptance rate and fraud rate, and predict customer behaviors through data analysis and modeling •Understand the key drivers of company KPIs (Key Performance Indicators such as conversion rate, life time value of a customer, chargeback rate, and fraud rate) and the relative contribution of those drivers to the business performance through financial and statistical modeling •Monitor payment acceptance rates and track performance trends to proactively recommend adjustments to our payment processor allocation strategies when shifts occur •Review transaction and chargeback data across various card brands, processors, and gateways to monitor performance trends, proactively identifying anomalies and recommending solutions to address issues. •Make recommendations to improve operations, anti-fraud processes and system enhancements •4 to 6 years of progressive experience in corporate finance, statistics, or a highly analytical finance role.
