This role will work directly with high level leaders in HR and other Corporate Functions and the Global Functions Finance team in the US. •Perform financial analysis and reporting for HR and other Corporate functions. •Support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes. •Analyze financial results and variances, providing actionable insights. •Partner with cross-functional teams to drive business performance. •Prepare presentations for leadership and stakeholders. •Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies.
