Required Skills: •Gain a thorough understanding of the company and our industry while contributing to a dynamic and collaborative business environment. •Conduct comprehensive analyses of business operations and financial performance to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities, providing clear and actionable insights to senior leadership to support decision-making. •Strategically drive development and monitoring of annual budgets, periodic forecasts, and long-term financial plans, identifying variances and recommending corrective actions. •Prepare and present high-quality reports, dashboards, and presentations using tools such as Microsoft Power BI and Power Point to support decision-making and strategic planning. •Build and maintain advanced financial models and perform scenario and ad hoc analyses to address operational challenges and evaluate potential business outcomes. •Partner cross-functionally with cross-functional teams and financial leaders to align insights with business goals, identify improvement opportunities, and drive strategic initiatives. •Mentor and guide junior analysts to ensure high-quality outputs and foster professional growth within the team. •Partner cross-functionally with business unit financial leaders to identify opportunities and implement initiatives for continuous improvement in FP&A. Qualifications: •A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related business field is required. Master’s degree and/or additional Certifications are a plus. •Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint. •Professional communicator who gives impactful presentations. •Exceptional organizational and project management skills. •Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. •Proven ability to perform under time constraints while collaborating with a diverse group of internal stakeholders. •Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. •Positive, proactive mindset with demonstrated experience thriving in a team-oriented environment •Success begins with hiring the right people to partner with us as we grow and develop our businesses.
