You bring, clear financial storytelling, and are skilled at influencing decisions across portfolio performance, investment prioritization, resource allocation, and return on investment. •Partner with EA Mobile leaders to evaluate strategic choices, investment priorities, and business performance through a clear financial and ROI lens. •Translate mobile franchise economics, player behavior, monetization trends, KPIs, cost drivers, live service performance, and new product investments into clear insights and recommendations that support growth, profitability, and long-term business success. •Own financial planning and performance analysis across EA Mobile, including full P&L management, forecasting, close analysis, risks and opportunities, scenario analysis, consolidation, and executive reporting. •Lead and coach EA Mobile FP&A team members, setting clear priorities, providing thoughtful guidance, and enabling high-quality decision support and strong business impact. •Enhance team productivity and impact through prioritization, simplification, automation, standardization, and thoughtful change management. Our mission is to partner with the business to enable great player experiences through strong financial insight, planning, and decision support. •Across our finance teams, we combine curiosity, analytical rigor, and collaboration to tell the story behind the numbers - identifying opportunities, understanding risks, and helping teams make smarter decisions. •Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field. •Demonstrated financial modeling skills, including driver-based forecasting, scenario analysis, business case development, portfolio analysis, and full P&L management. •Solid foundation of accounting principles and GAAP; experience with BI and planning tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Anaplan, or similar platforms preferred. •Operational familiarity with and willingness to adopt AI-powered business tools, including generative AI and LLM applications, to enhance financial analysis, reporting, decision support, and workflow efficiency, while maintaining appropriate standards for data integrity, confidentiality, and compliance.
