Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree •15+ years of progressive finance, accounting, FP&A, commercial finance, operations finance, or business leadership experience (or advanced degree with 13+ years) •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree or certification preferred •Strong financial planning, forecasting, performance management, and business partnering skills •Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and drive results across teams •Strong executive communication and presentation skills •Operational familiarity with ERP systems, financial planning tools, business intelligence, and data governance •For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R.
