Required Skills: •Technical depth in electrical, avionics, or RF subsystems is essential, providing a complementary systems perspective to the team's existing mechanical and field operations expertise. •Some of the platforms you might be working on include •Serve as the point of contact for field data infrastructure, monitoring utilization of reporting tools and data collection workflows by deployed Field Service Engineers and Representatives, and providing guidance to ensure consistent, high-quality data entry. •Partner cross-functionally with the Field Engineering Team to assist in the development, refinement, and documentation of field data collection processes, FRACAS workflows, and standard operating procedures; contribute actively to the shared growth of these systems over time. •Analyze maintenance and failure data to identify trends, generate reports and summaries, and present findings to cross-functional stakeholders and leadership. •Manage and evolve the field technical knowledge base, ensuring it remains current, searchable, and actionable for both home-team and deployed personnel providing reach-back support. •Assist in the development and upkeep of training materials that ensure field personnel understand and consistently apply established data collection and reporting standards. •Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Quality, and Manufacturing teams to translate field findings into corrective actions, service bulletins, and engineering memos. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Aerospace Engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent work experience. •This position requires access to information and technology subject to U.S. export control laws and regulations, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). As a result, employment is contingent upon meeting applicable export control eligibility requirements and compliance obligations. •Less than15%.
