Required Skills: •Prospect, develop, and close new Personal Lines and High-Net-Worth business opportunities through consultative selling and effective pipeline management. •Conduct in-depth discovery to assess household exposures, existing coverage, asset-protection needs, and opportunities for comprehensive insurance solutions. •Exercise independent judgment to evaluate complex risks, identify coverage gaps, prioritize opportunities, and recommend appropriate insurance strategies. •Design and present customized personal insurance programs, including excess liability, specialty property, valuable articles, flood, and multi-carrier solutions as appropriate. •Advise clients on coverage options, tradeoffs, limitations, and recommended actions as their assets, exposures, and household needs evolve. •Coordinate with carrier, underwriting, and internal partners while independently determining which solutions best align with client needs and risk profile. •Maintain accurate documentation and manage client, opportunity, and pipeline activity in approved agency and CRM systems, including HubSpot. •Provide subject-matter guidance to Tier 1 specialists and help triage complex opportunities requiring advanced analysis or senior-level advisory support.
