Tracks costs, manages forecasts, and identifies cost saving opportunities. Procures, directs, oversees, reviews, and approves the work of external engineering design and planning consultants, providing expert insights and mentorship to the team. •O Acts as primary contact for internal stakeholders and external partners. Provides clear and regular communication on project status, risks, and required decisions holding vendors accountable for delivery and performance. Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering Technology, or a related field. •More than 10 years of experience in mechanical engineering and project management, with a solid understanding of the specific requirements for critical infrastructure environments •Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders both orally and in writing. •Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Revit, MS Office Suite, MS Project, Trimble Construct (formerly e-Builder), or similar software applications. •Demonstrated organizational, analytical, project management, and time management skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities effectively. •Demonstrate expertise in a wide range of facility equipment and systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, central utility plant, building automation & controls, and other critical infrastructure components.
