MBA preferred. •10+ years of progressive leadership experience in marketing, commercial strategy, product management, business development, or related executive leadership roles. •Proven success developing and executing commercial marketing strategies that deliver measurable business results. •Strong background in B2B manufacturing, industrial products, automotive, OEM, or other complex manufacturing environments. •Demonstrated success managing international teams and working within global organizations. •Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders. •Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and organizational leadership skills. •Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
