This is a highly visible role for an experienced EA who is comfortable working with senior executives in a fast-paced, relationship-driven investment environment. •The ideal candidate is polished, proactive, highly organized, and able to anticipate needs while managing competing priorities with discretion and sound judgment. •Prior experience within venture capital, private equity, investment management, financial services, professional services, or a similarly fast-paced environment preferred •Exceptional calendar management and organizational skills •Strong written and verbal communication skills •Highly polished with excellent judgment and discretion •Demonstrated capacity to operate independently and manage multiple priorities with minimal direction •Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable anticipating the needs of senior executives •Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information •This is an opportunity to join a highly regarded investment firm in a key support role with significant exposure to senior leadership.
