Required Skills: •Senior Events Associate – CoStar Group •CoStar Group is a leading global provider of commercial and residential real estate information, analytics, and online marketplaces.  Included in the S&P 500 Index, CoStar Group is on a mission to digitize the world’s real estate, empowering all people to discover properties, insights and connections that improve their businesses and lives. •Arlington, VA | In office, Monday-Friday •The Ideal Candidate Will Possess The Following Skills •Coordinate CoStar Group participation in industry events as assigned, collaborating with internal departments in planning, branded materials sourcing, audio visual and tech requirements, décor and furnishings, budgeting, signage, invoice reconciliation, and on-site execution. •Coordinate booth logistics, including floorplans, graphics, furniture, technology, shipping, installation and dismantle schedules. •Manage exhibitor portals and ensure completion of all required event documentation and deadlines. •Partner with sales and marketing leadership to align event participation with business objectives and customer engagement strategies. Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree from an accredited, not-for-profit, in person, University or College. •A track record of commitment to prior employers. •Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. •Strong communication skills, both written and oral. •Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, notably Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams. •Demonstrated capacity to travel for events and pre-event preparation – 15-20%. •Ability and willingness to work extended hours and varying work schedules as needed. •Team player who collaborates and can easily pivot to assist other projects as needed. •Proven ability to adapt to fast-paced and changing environments. •Demonstrated capacity to work quickly and effectively under pressure, delivering on last-minute requests and remaining detailed oriented.
