We welcome employees to utilize office space more than that where possible. •The Senior Event Associate plays a critical role in constructing the environment for the ultimate member experience. Operating in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, this position is responsible for assisting in the end-to-end logistical planning and execution of high-caliber corporate gatherings. •Logistics & Execution: Assist with the logistical planning, coordination, and flawless execution of high-touch virtual and in-person gatherings (including a high volume of curated dinners). •Complex Project Management: Manage 3-6 concurrent events per season (spring and fall), navigating significant complexity and managing budgets. Develop and oversee rigorous logistics timelines and critical path planning across parallel programs. •Strategic Sourcing & Contract Negotiation: Independently source, evaluate, negotiate with, and contract new venues, restaurants, transportation partners, and specialized vendors. Maintain existing premium global vendor relationships and manage full end-to-end contract administration. •High-Caliber Attendee Experience: Curate the ultimate member experience for high-profile attendees. Actively recognize the role of events as vital conversion platforms that directly drive business revenue (e.g., converting program attendees into long-term memberships). •Corporate Diplomacy & Stakeholder Management: Act as the central node for a wide array of internal and external stakeholders. Partner closely with Group Leaders, Member Success (MS), Producers, Marketing, Managing Directors (MDs), AV, security, and vendors, utilizing strong relationship-building to ensure seamless alignment. •Data & Systems Management: Utilize Salesforce to promptly and accurately input event costs, manage invoices, monitor spend against specific codes, and leverage data reporting to improve operational efficiency.
