Required Skills: •Lead and oversee Pratt & Whitney’s Global Ethics & Compliance (GEC) program for the Asheville, NC site (as well as others as needed), functioning as an independent leader who reviews, evaluates, investigates and assesses ethics and compliance issues and concerns. •Provide leadership and support in the development of programs, initiatives and policies for the GEC program at the site •Be a regular, visible, approachable presence as needed for GE&C support •Lead and oversee leading efforts to continually enhance and improve ethics and the “Speak Up” culture at the site •Support efforts to ensure proper reporting of violations to duly authorized enforcement agencies as appropriate •Adhere to and maintain a heightened awareness of the RTX Code of Conduct, always acting with integrity •Evaluate and provide guidance to employees related to compliance with policies and procedures including but not limited to the following: Conflict of Interest questions, Business Gift & Sponsorship requests, etc. •Coordinate and lead Compliance briefings for the site Lead and participate in GEC initiatives, teams and committees as required, at both the P&W and RTX levels Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of Ethics, Human Resources, Investigations, Compliance or related experience; OR an Advanced degree and 7+ years of Ethics, Human Resources, Investigations, Compliance or related experience •10+ years of Ethics, Human Resources, Investigations, Compliance or related experience; OR an Advanced degree and 7+ years of Ethics, Human Resources, Investigations, Compliance or related experience Compensation: •Flexible work environment (work from home / hybrid options) Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
