This individual will be responsible for preparing accurate estimates, developing budgets, managing bid pursuits, and supporting project teams from early design through project award. •Prepare conceptual, schematic, design development, and final estimates. •Develop budgets, quantity takeoffs, and cost analyses. •Review drawings and specifications to identify scope gaps and project risks. •Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and vendor pricing. •Provide value engineering recommendations and cost-saving opportunities. •Coordinate with owners, architects, consultants, and project teams during preconstruction. •Assist with bid package development and procurement strategies.
